CLAT PG Syllabus

The CLAT PG Syllabus is designed to test the knowledge and aptitude of candidates who wish to pursue postgraduate law courses. The syllabus covers subjects such as constitutional law, criminal law, international law, property law, tort, jurisprudence, family law and much more.

  • Constitutional Law forms a major part of the CLAT PG Syllabus. Candidates must have an in-depth understanding of topics like Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State Policy, and Separation of Powers, among others. 
  • Other law domains include criminal law, international law, property law, tort, jurisprudence, family law and much more. Criminal Law is another important area that candidates must study diligently. International Law is also included in the syllabus for CLAT PG. Topics like sources of international law, state recognition and succession are covered under this subject area.
